Employment Application Submission Instructions:

• For best results completing your employment application, download and install the latest Adobe Reader DC from Adobe.com.  Once installed, download the application, Open with Adobe, complete the application, and press Submit.  Please note you will be asked to save a local copy of your application during the submission process
• Submit Button Requirement:
  • Your computer must have an email client installed and set as default before selecting Submit.  This is required to return your application.  You can use any email client as long as Windows recognizes it as your email default.
  • Using Gmail, it is recommended that you log in to your Gmail account first, before selecting the Submit button.  Simply follow the instructions on your screen
• Do not have an email account:
  • Complete the employment application then select Save & Print/Fax button.  You will be prompted to save the application on your local computer.  Please print the application, ensure it is signed, and return via Fax to 779.324.5651.
